Fragrances are mixtures of aroma compounds designed to offer a pleasant scent. The oil extract primarily determines the overall strength of the fragrance. It is based on the percentage of oil extract mixed with water and alcohol.

Shipping & Delivery

For domestic orders, we offer free shipping to orders above 40 SGD. Orders below 40 SGD will be charged at 7.60 SGD.

For orders to the Philippines, we offer free shipping to orders above 2000 PHP. Orders below 2000 PHP, will be charged at 20 SGD.

After payment is made, an e-mail with the order confirmation will be sent to you.

Your order will be shipped within 3-5 working days upon order confirmation.

The processing time for domestic orders is 3-5 business days and 5-14 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or festive season, this time may vary.

If we attempt to deliver your order, but you are not present to receive it; we will re-arrange delivery on the next available date.

Please note, there is a re-delivery fee of 7.60 SGD if your delivery fails twice. Kindly make this delivery payment to the courier in cash and the processing time will take up to 3 business days.

Refund/ Cancellation Policies

As we aim to ship your order to you as fast as we can, it is not possible to change/cancel your order after the payment process is completed.

Gentle reminder to check that your Shopping Cart has the correct items before checking out.

In the event that you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact our Customer Services at custsvc@beautyfresh.com to inform us of the amendments.

If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, please email us at custsvc@beautyfresh.com within 30 calendar days from the day of receipt.

Our Customer Services colleagues will access the eligibility and authorized the returns/refunds accordingly. The item has to be in original condition, unopened and unused. 

To help us to quickly process your returns, please include in your email:

  • A copy of delivery note or order confirmation
  • Return Authorization (sent from Customer Services)
  • Reason for returns

We will contact you regarding the product delivery. The refund will be processed within 3 working days, in the form of store credits to your BeautyFresh account.

Exchange Policy

If you have received defective products, or products that is not stated in your order confirmation, we will be happy to redeliver the correct product to you, at no cost.

The exchange has to be done within 30 days of receipt. The item has to be in original conditions, unopened and unused. Exchanges can only be made once authorized by Customer Services.

Do keep in mind that we do not allow exchanges for a different product that is not stated in your order confirmation.

Sale items (listed under "Sale" tab) are strictly non-exchangeable or refundable.

Discount/Promotion

You may key in your promo code under the ‘Discount’ section at the Checkout page.

We have regular updates on our BeautyFresh website and social media sites on the latest promo codes so do check back often for great savings!

Your promo code may not be working for a few reasons. Please note that the promo codes have Terms and Conditions that apply:

  1. Only one promo code is allowed per transaction.
  2. Promo codes are not applicable for items already on promotion (Clearance Price).
  3. Every promo code has an expiry date, in a limited period.
  4. Promo code only works after you have logged in to your the account.
