Online Warehouse Sales T&Cs
- The promotion period is from 1 November 0000hrs till 6 November 2359.
- All sales are final. No refund or exchange is allowed once orders have been placed.
- In view of the current situation, we do not allow self-collection. All parcels will be shipped out via our third-party courier providers (Pickupp, Roadbull, Singpost Shippit) on weekdays from 9am-10pm.
- Our delivery timeframe will be between 2-10 working days.
- All pricing is in SGD and we only ship within Singapore. We are able to ship to freight forwarding addresses (not valid for airport addresses).
- Modes of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Amex, UnionPay, Paynow, Paypal & Atome.
- Shipping is free above SGD$150 and a courier fee of SGD$3.70 is applicable for orders below SGD$150.
- Beautyfresh points, rewards, and credit card promotions will not be applicable from 1 Nov 0000hrs till 6 Nov 2359.
- Products will not be held in the cart. Fastest fingers first.
- All products have a lifespan of at least 12 months or more.
- Should the product expire within a year, it will be indicated as "Short Expiry" on the product page. Short expiry products (skincare & cosmetics) are manufactured between June 2020 to Dec 2020 and will have a shelf life left of 8 -13 months.
- Should the product expire within 3-6 months, it will be indicated as "Near Expiry" on the product page. (expiry will be stated in product description)
- Please note that we are only able to accept enquiries on the condition of the products up to 14 days after our warehouse sale ends. Any enquiries sent after 20 November will not be valid.
