1. What are the delivery options?
For domestic orders, we deliver islandwide to your requested address or self-collection at our office at 1 Jalan Kilang #05-03 S(159402).

For domestic orders, we offer free shipping
3. How long will my parcel reach me?
The processing time for domestic orders is 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or festive season, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
4. How do I opt for self collection?
Please indicate self collection as your delivery option upon check out. We will send you a notification when the parcel is ready for collection.
5. What should I do if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com or +65 9711 5489 before we mail out your parcel. Once parcels are mailed, we are unable to make any changes.
6. What should I do if my order has not arrived?

7. Do I get charged for re-delivery?
If we attempt to deliver your order, but you are not present to receive it; we will re-deliver on the next available date. Please note, there is a re-delivery fee of S3.70 SGD if your delivery fails twice. For re-delivery, the processing time will take up to 3 business days.
