1. What are the delivery options?
For domestic orders, we deliver islandwide to your requested address or self-collection at our office at 1 Jalan Kilang #05-01 S(159402).

Delivery is only within Singapore.

3. How long will my parcel reach me?

The processing time for domestic orders is 2-10 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or the festive season, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

4. How do I opt for self-collection?
Self-collection is valid on Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm excluding PH. 

5. What should I do if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us as soon as possible at custsvc@beautyfresh.com or +65 9711 5489 before we mail out your parcel. Once parcels are mailed, we are unable to make any changes.

6. What should I do if my order has not arrived?
Please contact us at custsvc@beautyfresh.com or +65 9711 5489 and we will get back to you soonest.

7. Do I get charged for re-delivery?
If we attempt to deliver your order, but you are not present to receive it; we will re-deliver on the next available date. Please note, there is a re-delivery fee of SG3.70 SGD if your delivery fails twice. For re-delivery, the processing time will take up to 3 business days.
